    Kosher dining is easily available, with a dedicated kosher restaurant offering both lunch and dinner options.

    Rabat:
    A refrigerator will be provided in the vehicle for your convenience. Dinner will be prepared in Casablanca, stored properly, and transported with you. Upon arrival at your riad in Rabat, you’ll have access to a kitchen to reheat and enjoy your meal.
    Lunch for the following day will also be prepared in advance and kept refrigerated.

    Meknes (Lunch Stop):
    Meals will follow the same arrangement—kept fresh in the fridge and ready to be reheated. Alternatively, we can arrange a picnic-style lunch with fresh fruits, vegetables, and other suitable items.

    Fes:
    A kosher restaurant is available, allowing you to enjoy meals without any concern.

    Journey from Fes to Merzouga:
    Lunch will be prepared in Fes and carried with you to enjoy comfortably during the drive.

    Merzouga (Desert Stay):
    At both the riad and desert camp, you’ll have access to a kitchen. We will provide brand-new utensils, including plates, cutlery, and cooking essentials, ensuring proper kosher preparation.

    Ouarzazate:
    Your riad will offer kitchen access so you can prepare your own kosher meals with ease.

    Marrakech:
    Kosher dining is available, with a restaurant offering suitable dinner options.

    Good to Know – 9-Day Jewish Heritage Tour of Morocco (with Kosher Dining Arrangements)

    1. Guided visits to the Hassan II Mosque are not available on Fridays or during religious holidays.
    2. In Marrakech, entry tickets to most monuments can be purchased on-site during guided visits, but tickets for the Majorelle Garden must be booked online in advance.
    3. Optional activities and day trips can be added in both Fes and Marrakech to enhance your experience.
    4. Kosher food is available mainly in major cities such as Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, and Rabat.
    5. This Jewish Heritage tour can be fully customized based on your interests. You may also adjust the itinerary with your driver to spend more time at preferred locations.
    6. If you are open to sharing the tour with other travelers, or if you book early and want us to find other participants, please let us know.
    7. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve the vehicle, while the remaining balance is payable at our office in Merzouga or Rissani.
    8. Children under 12 receive a 25% discount, and children under 5 travel free of charge.

    Upon arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private driver. Your 9-day journey through Morocco’s rich Jewish heritage begins as you travel comfortably to your hotel.

    After check-in and some time to settle, you will visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece set along the Atlantic Ocean.     • The Mellah Quarter – Dating back over 650 years, this historic Jewish district once contained more than 40 synagogues. Located near the Royal Palace, it reflects centuries of coexistence and cultural exchange.
    • Ibn Danan Synagogue – One of the oldest and best-preserved synagogues in Morocco, offering a rare and authentic insight into the life of the former Jewish community of Fes.

    Day 5: Fes – Sefrou – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (Journey to the Sahara)

    After breakfast at your riad in Fes, your journey toward the Sahara Desert begins, combining cultural heritage, scenic landscapes, and breathtaking natural beauty.

    The first stop is Sefrou, a historic town with deep Jewish roots. Its former Mellah remains a powerful symbol of Morocco’s long tradition of Muslim–Jewish coexistence. You will explore its charming medina with whitewashed houses, wooden balconies, and the nearby Bhalil Jewish cemetery, reflecting the town’s rich past.

    Next, continue to Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its alpine-style architecture, clean streets, and cedar forests. The area also has a history of Jewish presence, with cemeteries and heritage sites that reflect its diverse past.

    The journey continues through Azrou, where you may see Barbary macaques in the cedar and oak forests of the Middle Atlas. From there, drive to Midelt, located at the foothills of Mount Ayachi, known as Morocco’s “apple capital,” where you will stop for lunch.

    Afterwards, cross the scenic Tizi-n-Talghemt Pass (“She-Camel Pass”) before descending into the spectacular Ziz Valley, a lush oasis of palm groves, cliffs, and traditional Berber ksour. Several photo stops will be made along the way to enjoy the desert landscapes.

    By late afternoon, you arrive in Merzouga, where your Sahara experience begins.

    In the early evening (around 5:00 PM), you will start your camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. About 20–30 minutes before sunset, you will stop on a high dune to enjoy a magical desert sunset, before continuing your ride for another short journey to reach your luxury desert camp.

    Your luggage will already be transferred by 4×4 and waiting in your private tent. The camp offers spacious, comfortable accommodation with proper beds, a private bathroom, and a hot shower.

    Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, sweets, and nuts. After check-in, dinner will be served in the camp restaurant. The evening continues with live Berber music around the fire under a sky filled with stars.

    You will spend a peaceful and unforgettable night in the heart of the Sahara, surrounded by silence, dunes, and starlight.


    Day 6: Sahara Exploration – Nomads, Gnawa Music & Desert Experience
